Switching Gears...

Well Hello Other Side,


My previous blog: http://www.wendylea.wordpress.com/, was getting no love and so my dear friend Alicia has inspired me to get a more "publicized" venue (although she has no idea she has inspired me hehe). So here I am Blog Spot! I'm hoping after publicizing myself that the word will get out that I'm here and want to share my life with the world.


Ok so I know I am going to talk about fashion BUT I also want to keep everyone update on all of the events that happen. I have a pretty sweet job that allows me to go to awesome events and meet tons of great people. Also, I'm crazy busy with finishing school so there NO doubt you will get to hear all about that :).


Today.....
Well I am in Spanish right now and UGH I can't seem to get a grasp on. BUT I have to say that I did fairly better on my quizzes than expected. After class I rush to work (bc it's what I really love) and got to work on a busy day: Photo Shoots, write ups, product pick ups & drop offs, etc. It was a good thing I was a little grungy today (forgot my make-up at the fitness center :S). The photo shoots were outside and it was STEAMING today. But the products look great and My "Fabulous 'Green' Finds" are being sent off to press!


New things...
I have a new obsession..WORKING OUT! I recently have been under a lot of stress and was told that being physical would be a good way to blow off some steam. I have been going solid for two weeks and now and I feel AMAZING! I'm mainly into yoga and pilates and they have put me to work, but I love it. Hopefully my body will get some results too :)


Shout Outs...
One of the products I'm featuring is a recycled leather bag from my FAV place Maude Boutique in Fayetteville (A MUST SHOP). It's not outlandish and you're pretty much promised that there won't be a million girls walking around in the same thing. The LOVELY Becca (owner) only picks about 5 of each piece so each girl can have their own unique look. GENUIS!! She's also having a FAB sale. I saw a pair of blue suede mary-jane pumps with a fringe t-strap....FOR $15 (plus an extra 20% off). You can't get any better than that.
